Problem/Motivation

We needed to have a progress reading bar added to some of our Drupal 10 web sites.

Proposed resolution

So we decided to port this module to Drupal 10+ using blocks for positioning.

Remaining tasks

Publish and validate MR.

User interface changes

Using blocks instead a global configuration settings form.

Data model changes

Using native Drupal configuration instead of variables.
