I upgraded our project from 10.2 to 10.3, after doing updb, config export, drush cr. The site does not load. The error it's returning is like below:

"Drupal\Core\Theme\Registry::__construct(): Argument #9 ($kernel) must be of type ?Symfony\Component\HttpKernel\HttpKernelInterface, string given, called in /app/docroot/themes/contrib/bootstrap/src/Plugin/Alter/ThemeRegistry.php on line 44"

Anybody else getting similar error after updating to 10.3?

Yes, it is using Bootstrap.

Then I think this is a duplicate of 🐛 Argument #9 ($kernel) must be of type ? Fixed . It is exactly the same error.
