Create Subtheme - Not a Valid Starter Kit

Hey Tom, this happened due to some deprecation in Drupal 10.3, I thought I fixed it, hence the new rc2. I did test it after the release, just to be sure could you test again? otherwise I'll check tomorrow

At time of writing I can't push the patch myself. Maybe I'll circle back.

I composer updated to RC3, created a new subtheme with drush, and followed the instructions to arrive at a newly compiled subtheme.

I remember the not-so-old days when there were configuration issues and glitches in npm, so I'd like to congratulate you and the team with arriving at this success point.

I can now do the "smoke-test", as we "sparkys" used to call it: plug it in and see if it doesn't blow up.
