Create Subtheme - Not a Valid Starter Kit

Unable to create Subtheme using Drush

Steps to reproduce

I'm update an existing Drupal 10.3.0 website which had a pre-existing Radix 5. Using drush, I get following error:
./vendor/bin/drush --include="web/themes/contrib/radix" radix:create MY_THEME

[ERROR] Theme source theme radix_starterkit is not a valid starter kit.

The folder for the subtheme "radix_starterkit" is in fact created and it shows up in "appearance tab", but not the desired subtheme "MY_THEME"

I first tried this with Radix RC1, and it failed. Then tried with radix RC2 as I noticed a reference to "updates to starterkit generation process."

Still fails with same error.

The "dot" files are in fact copied over in the "new" radix_starterkit.

Proposed resolution

I could manually edit the radix_starterkit, but of course the auto-generate is a lot handier.
