Problem/Motivation

Change Annotation to PHP Attributes. As Drupal 10.3 Support PHP Attributes, we need to convert the Annotation.

Steps to reproduce

Try the same module in Drupal 10.3.

Proposed resolution

Create a separate branch, so that it will work for 10.3 and above and update the code for PHP Attributes
