Suggestion: Add a Downloadable attribute config and checkbox option settings to Varbase Buttons Block

Problem/Motivation

Having a download feature link would make it easier to have a link field that can act as an attachment and URL link

Proposed resolution

Add a Downloadable attribute checkbox option for the button.

Check to enable a downloadable link button.
