Implement a Missing help section page for editors

Problem/Motivation

Currently there are information on project page, readme docs and examples on Drupalbook which is nice. Would be great to have a help section as well, with that CMS editors will have easy access on information even without source code Familiarity

Proposed resolution

Implement the help section, add the information about ept Micromodal and also information about Drupalbook and plugin library for editors
