Thank you. I took this opportunity to refactor this code to remove duplication. I also reordered the settings form elements and added visibility rules based on certain selections. For example, it doesn't make sense to show these options if "hide date" is checked.
Automatically closed - issue fixed for 2 weeks with no activity.
