TypeError: Cannot assign Psr\Log\NullLogger to property Drupal\autologout\AutologoutManager::$logger of type Drupal\Core\Logger\LoggerChannelInterface in Drupal\autologout\AutologoutManager->__construct()

Problem/Motivation

After upgrading drupal core from 10.2.7 to 10.3.0 it shows below mentioned error
TypeError: Cannot assign Psr\Log\NullLogger to property Drupal\autologout\AutologoutManager::$logger of type Drupal\Core\Logger\LoggerChannelInterface in Drupal\autologout\AutologoutManager->__construct() (line 136 of modules\contrib\autologout\src\AutologoutManager.php).

1. Update drupal core to 10.3.0
2. Access the site
