Make sure url copy is user friendly (Gin theme)

Problem/Motivation

When trying to copy the generated url, there is an overlap in CSS:

Steps to reproduce

Install the module (nodes) in the Gin admin theme and save a node. Then go back to the edit page and try to copy the url.

Proposed resolution

Add a small css library to prevent overlap of url:

The patch adds a css library when the clipboard module is not installed. While this will fix the issue in the GIN admin theme, this will not break things in other admin themes. Even more, this will also fix things in other admin themes.
