Update CivicTheme project page to make the required core patch more obvious

Problem/Motivation

Update the project page to make it crystal clear to install the core patch before installing CivicTheme to avoid support requests and bug reports.

Old summary:

Marking as a support request for now since maybe I missed something.

Not seeing anything except for a title and sidebar on the node edit form when using 1.7.1 and core 10.3:

Steps to reproduce

Old info:

  1. I enabled CivicTheme 1.7.1 on Drupal 10.3.
  2. I first encountered a fatal error and found a note on the docs site to apply a core patch β†’ which I did.
  3. The fatal WSOD went away, but the components were still not showing up when creating a new page, so I looked at the logs.
  4. I saw a number of 404 errors for /jsonapi, so I installed the jsonapi module and those errors went away. See related issue πŸ’¬ Require jsonapi module for CivicTheme? Postponed: needs info
  5. I still don't see any components on the node edit form.
  6. I'm not seeing any new errors in the logs.

Proposed resolution

Update the project page to make it crystal clear to install the core patch before installing CivicTheme.

Old info:

  • Determine if an installation step was missed
  • If so, provide the steps and, if required, update the docs
  • If not, debug the issue
