Overlay color is accepting any value even invalid colors

Problem/Motivation

On EBT core the Overlay color accepts any data, even without valid color

Steps to reproduce

Create EBT, for example webform
On Designg
Open Overlay color
Insert a random data without a valid color
try to save
Actual: Form is being saved without any validation
Expected: Only valid color should be accepted

Proposed resolution

Use elementValidator to accept only valid colors
