Add support for colorpicker into Overlay color

Problem/Motivation

Currently the fields of background color, and border color with support for color-picker which is nice, however overlay doest

Steps to reproduce

With EBT core and EBT webform enabled
Insert a new paragraph type of this type
Go to Design options -> Background video options
Click on field to fill overlay color
You'll be able to insert data but without color picker

Proposed resolution

Since the color-picker is available, we should use this
