jQuery UI Menu version is 2.1, but rejected by geolocation

Problem/Motivation

Extend says:

	Geolocation 	
Provides a simple geolocation field type to store and display location data (lat, lng).
Machine name: geolocation
Version: 8.x-3.13
Requires:

    FieldjQuery UIjQuery UI AutocompletejQuery UI Menu (>=2.1) (incompatible with version * ? *)

But

    I updated to the latest core 10.3.0. and when I tried to update the database, I got this error.
    And actually, I upgradet to 4.0 Alpha 6 and still get this.
