JS error plugincollection-plugin-not-loaded causing broken editor

Problem/Motivation

Installed version 1.1.0 and the JS error started to appear anywhere I am using cke5 in paragraphs. It breaks the page and causes the icons in the editor to not appear.
JS error reads:
CKEditorError: plugincollection-plugin-not-loaded {"plugin":"TrackChangesEditing"}.
I do currently have the CKEditor 5 Premium Features active, but only for CKEditor 5 Premium Features WProofreader which requires the premium features to be installed. So I do not know why TrackChangesEditing is trying to load.

Steps to reproduce

  • Drupal 10.x installed
  • CKE plugin pack 1.1.0 installed
  • CKE plugin pack 1.1.0 installed
  • CKE plugin pack, CKEditor 5 Premium Features, CKEditor 5 Premium Features WProofreader, and CKEditor 5 WProofreader installed
  • JS error appears on page when attempting to create a new content type with the CKE5 test area in a paragraph filed (shown in images)
