[2.0.0-alpha3] Component validator: some fixes

Fix:

  • Override Twig environment to catch syntax errors and avoid fatal
  • Fix minimum severity form not working on report list

Minor fix:

  • More metadata on test components
  • Usage of Autowire in some classes
  • Add tests for third party Twig function with the validator
