Layout Builder links dropbutton with paragraph field

Using layout builder, i was trying to add a custom block type with a multiple paragraph field.

The links dropbutton is broken.

These example shows when using olivero theme.

This turned to be quite hard to fix, I'll spent some more time if possible soon but I suspect Layout builder in core is getting deprecated, not sure if it's wise to spend time on this
