Drupal 10: Mail System doesn´t appear on Config

Please check if the Mailsystem module is installed

Mailsystem module is installed but doesn´t appear anywhere to make any configuration step.
Drupal 10 System config only shows to me 2 things: basic site config and Cron.

I can see it in my system. Drupal version 10.3 and Mailsystem module version -8.x-4.4

I don't know what #5 means - I didn't make a commit, not working on this, because there's nothing to fix IMO.

This works on a clean install - I verified that on simplytest.me. Try it yourself!
