Add a description field for Order Item types (and eventually other entity types)

Problem/Motivation

Like we know from nodes, paragraphs, ... it would be great to be able to provide a description for the custom entity types you can create in Drupal commerce.

In our case we ran into the demand for Order Item Types (/admin/commerce/config/order-item-types/add) but I guess the same may also happen for other entity types.

Steps to reproduce

Create several Order Item Types that need some explanation, but have no description field at /admin/commerce/config/order-item-types/add

Proposed resolution

Add a description field like for other entity types in core or contrib. This description is for admins.

If the maintainers are fine with that addition, we'd create a MR for this. Should be quite simple.

Should we do it for all custom entity types?
