Use JSON:API Include as the module name

Problem/Motivation

The project page uses the name "JSON:API Include" for this module, but the module name in code is "JSON API Include". The official name is "JSON:API", so let's make this consistent. Also, updating the name will mean this module is listed next to other JSON:API modules in the admin UI.
