When using the module in a multisite environment, the Grid icons don't load properly.
Create a multisite installation.
Example: http://mydomain.local:8080/my-sub-site/
Enable the module.
Try to add the grid in a CKEditor field.
The icons are broken.
Update the code to include RequestStack and concatenate that with the image src.
