Whitelist aggregated files routes

Problem/Motivation

Starting form Drupal 10.1 the aggregation works in a lazy way, the aggregated files are served over Drupal on system.css_asset and system.js_asset.

Steps to reproduce

Activate the disable-ui module and the aggregation of Drupal core, and then visit the user login page for example.

Proposed resolution

Whitelist the above routes (css-js asset)
