Problem/Motivation

Subtheme is not compatible with the Drupal 10 version.

Steps to reproduce

1. Installed Theme using composer command composer require drupal/seeds_coat:^3.0

2. Go to the Appearance page on the admin side in Drupal then you can see the subtheme.

Proposed resolution

I added the drupal 10 in the info.yml file.
