Add ajax display to BatchOperations list to show if running

Problem/Motivation

If there is Batch Operation that is running (yes sometimes they can run for hours), it would be nice if the list would indicate what is running.

However, it will have to update by ajax every minute(??) so that is does not misrepresent that something is or is not running.
