Implement entity label prefix / suffix ("entity_label_ps") module

Problem/Motivation

Currently the module has implementations for taxonomy terms and nodes. It would be good to also have prefix / suffix for all entity types: core, contrib and custom.
And even better to replace the specific implementations for node and taxonomy terms by that. Still I'm not sure if it's possible.
