@gaurav_manerkar, "Closed (won't fix)" doesn't seem like the correct status for this issue.
Was this not an issue or something you were able to fix?
If so, one of the other Closed statuses would be more appropriate.

I found that the problem is in the Drupal core and needs to be addressed there (added link to parent ticket).
I see that this module only overrides permissions.I have changed the status to Closed (works as designed)". Thanks for highlighting it.
