Fix schema fields that are reporting errors

With the schema tester, Article LB is reporting errors:

publisher
A value for the publisher field is required.

datePublished
A value for the datePublished field is required.

dateModified
'2024-06-18T07:27:15-0500' is not a valid date

Clean up these fields so that the schema tester reports no errors.

Check an Article LB page

Update the meta config
