Add error message when no entity is selected

Problem/Motivation

Error: Call to a member function hasLinkTemplate() on bool in ckeditor5_entity_browser_process_selected_content() (line 66 of /var/www/html/htdocs/modules/contrib/ckeditor5_entity_browser/ckeditor5_entity_browser.module)

You can now select no entities and this will result in the following error

Steps to reproduce

Open a entity browser in ckeditor5 and try to submit without selecting any entities.

Proposed resolution

Add the attached code to fix this issue and properly show an error when no entities are selected.
