Problem/Motivation

This project hasn't seen any code changes in a decade, which virtually guarantees that it will have issues running on currently supported versions of PHP.

Proposed resolution

I would like to take over this namespace, and use it for a recipe intended for Starshot, as documented in #3454547: [META] Track 7: Create "Events" recipe → .
