Consider merging with unique_field_ajax module

Problem/Motivation

unique_field_ajax has ajax, but it doesn't have taxonomy support like unique_content_field_validation (eg: see https://drupal.org/i/2953040).

These two modules are very useful (the feature is very common) and similar, I think we should merge forces and have a best of both worlds solutions for site builders.
