Implement PluginInspectionInterface for the API Abstraction Interface

Problem/Motivation

Currently we do not have access to plugin id or definition easily directly from any implementation of the interface, causing some extra methods on the interface. There is a known pattern via PluginInspectionInterface that we can use for this.

Lets implement it.
