Problem link with anchor

I have Drupal 10.2.7
On my site I have many links with anchor, but I don't know how to insert the anchor.

1. If, for example, I enter /node/125#anchor, #anchor is deleted.

2. There is no possibility of insertion as in this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XFesGHEeKTQ

Is there any solution? I would hate to have to uninstall the module.

    here's how to use links/bookmarks between different pages:
    Example:
    - create a link (or bookmark) on /node/1 with id test123, save
    - create a link on /node/2 with URL /node/1#test123, save
