I have a project where certain entities need to be skipped from link checking based on a variety of conditions.

It would be a nice feature to be able to skip certain entities from link checking programmatically.

    Patch attached adds a SkipEntity-event (similar to the already present BuildHeader event) that allows entities to be skipped from link checker.
