Clean up core conversion script

Problem/Motivation

• 📌 Try to remove the need for core dictionary.txt changes in conversions to core merge request Active
• 📌 Address core merge request standards and nits Needs work

These merge requests for these 2 issues are automatically created by our script scripts/src/ConverterCommand.php
This script is temporary but as we don't know when will be in core we should make it better

Steps to reproduce

Proposed resolution

Clean up the script. It doesn't need to be perfect but it could be better

Our gitlab uses this conversion so if the tests pass that is good sign.
