Upgrading from 10.1.8 to 10.2.7 failed.

For some support with Composer, include the composer.json file in the issue summary and indicate which root dependencies you think should have changed in the file.

The issue has been resolved by updating from 10.1.8 to 10.2.0.
Then updating from 10.2.0 to 10.2.7
