Deprecated: unserialize(): Passing null to parameter #1 ($data) of type string is deprecated in /var/www/docroot/modules/contrib/layout_builder_block_clone/src/Form/CloneLayoutBlockForm.php on line 279

Install module and try cloning inline block.
