Add query object to QueryParamsEvent.

I'd like to add a boost to certain searches, based on data that's been added to the search_api query object by a query processor. Currently I can alter the params by listening for the QueryParamsEvent, but that event only has the index name and existing params on it. I'd like it to have the query object too.
