Module breaks media embed settings

Problem/Motivation

When this module is installed and filter turned on. When you embed a media object the toolbar for selecting view modes, alignment, etc doesn't appear

Steps to reproduce

Install module
Configure text format with media library, ckeditor_media_resize, make sure 2 displays modes enabled for the embed
Create a page
Click the media embed

Expect to see toolbar, currently nothing
