Where can I find procedural notes describing how to convert from Legacy-project to Recommended-project for a Drupal 10 site?
Recent incidents of "composer update" have caused plugin not found errors. I am wondering whether this is related to the use of Legacy-project. See https://www.drupal.org/project/drupal/issues/3440918 🐛 The "" plugin does not exist Active . In any case, it seems better to change to use Recommended-project.

Same here.
Have issues updating from Drupal 9 to Drupal 10, suspect this is a consequence of using legacy project.
Moreover, most update manuals out there insist that you have a recommended-poject before update.
