Problem/Motivation

Allow static validation of component templates.

Include Function and Filter whitelist, forbidden, warn or deprecated.
Partial Function and filter usage and non injected arguments type checking.
Minimal Props validation (with catch to avoid throwing an error on core ComponentValidator).

Remaining tasks

Init the base of the validator, more plugin and process will be added later.
