As far as I know there is no specific google calendar flag indicating 'all day'.
I'm not sure what you are asking for, though?
I apologize if I'm missing this, but I don't see a way for imported events to be marked as an all day event. All day events are imported with a start of Day 1 12:00AM and Day 2 12:00AM.
Rather I was expecting Day 1 12:00:00 to Day 1 23:59:59.
I'm more curious if I'm missing something, if there's a solution, or if not, what would be the best way to handle such a thing.
