Switch metadata.schema.json in Varbase Components from 10.2.x to HEAD as in Drupal core 10.3.x assets schemas v1

Problem/Motivation

Having all Varbase components working with Drupal 10.2.x: Drupal 10.2.x schema

Moving to Drupal 10.3.x, note that the schema was removed from the SDC module: Drupal 10.3.x schema
No link for https://git.drupalcode.org/project/drupal/-/raw/10.3.x/core/modules/sdc/...

and placed in HEAD/core/assets/schemas/v1

Proposed resolution

Change to
