Formatter & Validation combine with Telephone Advanced?

I see the maintainers for both Telephone Formatter and Telephone Validator are the same, but the maintainer for Telephone Advanced is different - should the maintainers join forces to support a single recommended module? Or is there another more modern Drupal 11+ alternative users should be pointed to?

I think it makes more sense to have multiple maintainers on a single project, than multiple very similar projects.
