Problem/Motivation

After accepting changed legal terms with a authengitaced user, the site throws WSOD:

InvalidArgumentException: Both parameters passed to \Drupal\Component\Utility\Crypt::hmacBase64 must be scalar values. in Drupal\Component\Utility\Crypt::hmacBase64() (line 30 of /var/www/html/site/web/core/lib/Drupal/Component/Utility/Crypt.php).
