Add ignore category to guzzle errors. Stop ignoring in Drupal 12, just to safeguard against forgetting :)

But getDrupalCoreMajorVersion() is the current version we are on. Do we not want to start reporting it on Drupal 11 expecting Guzzle 8 would be out before 2026?
