Navigation is not showing up!!!

I dont know what is going on but the navigation is not showing up. I put the main menu block in NAV block and it does not want to show up

the theme is generated new.... and navigation shows up in other themes like bartik etc

I use drupal 10 ...in drupal 9 everything was functioning correctly......

I cant see to show the main menu in this theme for some reason
also nothing show up in footer if I put any blocks inside.....what is going on?

only main content and sidebar shows up
