[UI] Username links has incorrect behavior - preview popup element

Problem/Motivation

Username links are, wrongly, displaying a blue circle.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a course/group
  2. Go to course’s or group’s about tab
  3. Check Course/Group Leaders block and see that the user link is, wrongly, displaying a blue circle highlight

Proposed resolution

Add correct styles for the correct behavior of the preview popup elements.
