undefined imap_open()

Using composer patch is successfully applied, but when I click the save button after adding the configuration value, I get the IMAP extension error, even though I have enabled the IMAP extension on my local system.

Error: Exception: IMAP functions are not available. Please ensure the PHP IMAP extension is installed and enabled. in Drupal\node_by_email\IMAPService->connection() (line 67 of /var/www/html/d10/web/modules/contrib/node_by_email/src/IMAPService.php).

Please correct me if i am understand issue.
