Prism couldnt be activated anymor in text format

Problem/Motivation

I reported #3437515 because authenticated users with other roles than admin couldn't use the modules button if it was enabled in a text format.

Now I was trying to recreate a site using the module and get 'type' is not a supported key. error. when I try to enable Prism

Steps to reproduce

Install a fresh drupal site
download and install the module
go to text formats and editors
try to use a standard trxt format like basic HTML, that could be used by authenticated users and administrators as well
drag prism ckeditor button to active button toolbar
enable prism js filter
save text format
Text format is now unsaveable and you got the errer message 'type' is not a supported key
