Logging doesn´t work for Drupal 10 Version

Hi,

I get both log entries for "Sending" and "Received" UPS Rates, but the entire message has no content other than "@dat"
e.g. "Sending UPS Rate request with params @dat".

Therefore, "@dat" is not replaced by the corresponding data.

What am I doing wrong?
Does logging work in drupal 10 version (latest dev-Version as of today)?
