Add removal of inspections on view/node/term delete (+ cleanUp queue)

Remove inspection entities from DB after removing the view configured to be inspected, do the same thing for nodes/terms.

Also, perform queue cleanup if the view page was deleted - https://www.drupal.org/project/url_inspector/issues/3452251 📌 Add queue processing of UrlInspectorArgumentCollector Active
